and first degree murder police say they found And a four month old inside the home with physical injuries and signs of neglect the state complaint says marching and evanovich knowingly tortured or beat two children under 18 causing both lives to be endangered we're still waiting for an autopsy report to find an agent is cause of death at last check the four month old boy was still in the hospital pretty prairie band room for students seen on security camera the district says breaking into the school early Saturday morning around one two AM and Vandalizing the band room we've learned that one of the students one of the four students involved as an elementary school so that's that's young that's really young we don't know the ages of the other kids just yet we learned that one because of the child's mother I believe or at least a parent they caused at least $50000 in damage we were initially told 50 to a hundred thousand dollars I'm seeing the hutch news report 50 to $75000
