Also I feel we were palmed off and put into a corner in this awful caravan they call "prestige" with no one around us as we were travelling with our disabled son so they just wanted us away from other families or they just assumed that we wanted away from other families which is quite rude to not even ask as that's not what we wanted and made it more difficult for ourselves as our son was not able to make friends and wasnt close enough to the amusements or park to run over by himself (he is able of this when close enough) I did go to reception and one lady started filling out a form for me, when I asked if we were in prestige as I did think we had been put in a standard at one point another woman behind reception who wasn't dealing with me said "its next to top of the range" and turned away from me which I thought was quite unprofessional, then another woman came from out the back and just smiled and nodded when I was telling her about my concerns and said someone would come and fix the blinds which was the least of my worries but no one came anyway!Visit during covid with family and friends ... very clean caravan.

Good base for Blackpool, and the Beach Bus was great, to save taking the car.Caravan windows were drafty and during our stay the caravan was very cold despite constantly having to use the electric heaters. My daughter was desperate to win a teddy and was helped along by Ryan who was amazing.
