While it was very busy, the staff was super friendly, accommodating, and did their best to keep things fun and fair for our group. After an exciting morning of wandering through many of the exiting sites, shops and rides of Diagonal Alley, we finally stopped at the Leaky Cauldron to have a bite to eat. I saw that some people were being walked to a table by a waitress and seated. I should have ordered it Bangers sandwich which had a great and big sausage. The only saving grace was the decor. You place your order at a register, they give you a number, and then a hostess seats you at an available table. This was the longest line I was in all day (because I had fast passes for the rides).Service was great and staff did a wonderful job with all currents COVID restrictions. Park guests are bound to work up an appetite between screaming at the top of their lungs on Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit and practicing their wand form in Diagon Alley, part of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.While Universal Studios Florida is known for its thrilling rides and spectacular shows, the food is toadally delicious too! They use Ken's salad dressing. It wasn't overly easy but was nice because everyone's strengths helped to get out. Well I am really sad not posting a 5 star review for the leaky cauldron but I have to stay true to YELP and give a true account of my experience.

While the decor and atmosphere of the restaurant left us in awe, the food left me feeling a bit disappointed. I felt like I had traveled to London and was really in "Potter World". The details everywhere are just on point. The eatery has been designed to represent the grubby looking pub and inn from the Prisoner of Azkaban. It was a disappointment since I always thought the quality would be much better than some restaurants in the park. This time I was excited to experience the fish and chips.
