The slow roasted pig, has a crispy beautiful golden brown skin, tucked underneath amid the fennel fragrance is succulent meat, that must be enjoyed with a beautiful Tuscan wine. We had the BEST pasta here! This is worth a try when in Pienza.Stopped in while visiting Pienza. Sit back, enjoy a good bottle of local wine and local specialties. It is definitely a life changing experience.This family run trattoria has to be the best restaurant in Pienza and that is saying a lot.
