The spicy Thai was the best because it was packed with flavor and sauce. It just didn't have much flavor and the pork belly was especially bland. I visited my friend who lives in Houston and I was looking for some exquisite spots that wasn't a chain that I could find in California and Fat Bao came up on Yelp. The other two were tasty but couldve used some more sauce. While the fried cauli was also fried deliciousness (actually fried with no batter), pair it with spicy mayo and you have a winner. Finally tried this little spot today and it was tasty! I called to place an order and it was ready by the time I arrived (~7 min). The edamame could have had more salt, but was fresh and steaming when served. Order some baos during these wild times.
