There were many campus clubs and ways to stay involved on campus. Woodbridge High School was a small and friendly campus that was easy to navigate. Most of the staff here at SJHHS truly care about us students and do their best to help us reach our goals. I do constantly feel pressure, but I also am able to find help all around the campus. However, they are always willing to help you understand the material outside of class time. AP/ Honors require lots of work. The school is definitely one of the top schools in the Tustin/Orange/Santa Ana area. It is a great school all around. I take mostly honors and AP classes; I feel like most of my teachers (with one or two exceptions) genuinely care about students' performance both in class and on the AP test. The available opportunities at our school are endless when it comes to classes, clubs, and extra curricular.
Yes, there are the occasional obnoxious parent, but they usually get chopped down to size cuz there is always someone wealthier and more successful than them :-)If you want your child to develop into a great adult with compassion and drive, then SMES is an excellent place to go.Fairmont Preparatory Academy is a wonderful school with great teachers, faculty and staff! In my one semester, I have experienced more than I have in all my other years of school. However, advanced classes are not easy and require large amounts of studying and homework to succeed. This high school is welcoming, invitational, and motivated.Capistrano Valley High School has been my home for the last 4 years. Yes it is competitive, but in a good way. With diversity, I believe comes advancements with an increase surplus of perspectives.
