For some reason I thought this was a tank museum so I was I had long wished to visit the area and I finally did this in December 2019.

A superb collection of weapons, uniforms, assorted military equipment, all relevant to the combat around the village of La Gleize in December 1944. Apart from the obvious king tiger outside, inside has a lot of great displays and items, well worth a visit. Many veterans of all nations and their families come to La Gleize to remember the sacrifices at one of the many monuments that were erected in the area. Parking here is quite limited - there is a small car park outside but it was full when we arrived so we had to find somewhere in the village. The presbytery, today the building in which the museum is housed, is at the right of the picture.
