This company is a nightmare!I have had a few issues with Progressive. Cancellation paperwork was sent over to Progressive 2 days prior to due date. This company has great customer service and is very polite and will take all the Time in the World to explain things to you but sometimes they're going to miss little details that can make a big Financial impact.I switched to progressive from Esurance because the price was a lot better. Cancellation papers were signed, you have them and I have confirmation that you have them.
