That was a big thing for me, because so many recruiters are just constantly out there trying to generate candidates. I thought that you did a great job. Hi Harrison, I wanted to thank you for reaching out by text this afternoon. So that was very helpful.Thinking about BCG brings back happy memories of getting the job I wanted.I would say you are very helpful, and that you are different than some other search firms in that you try to find out what the best fit is for each person. He has committed to North Carolina Tar Heels. This all comes through on their resumes. The firm that I got placed at, the HR rep, he used to work for BCG so there's already some sort of familiarity and something that was helpful going in and starting the process. [BCG] made it easy to review potential employers, [and it was an] easy process. What is typically given the least amount of attention by candidates, but has the highest likelihood of undermining one's chances of getting a job? [I would describe BCG as] responsive, transparent, and helpful. It took a lot of pressure off me for you to do the work.
I think you do listen to what each candidate is looking for and I think you are fairly aggressive in going out and find out what's available and trying to make a proper match. It made it easy in that I really didn't have to look at postings on my own and I also didn't have to do the cover letter, which was super helpful. [One of my favorite things was the] ease of communication. You see what would be the best fit on both ends. I have already referred other people. I would tell someone else that working with you could only be a good thing. Generally speaking, the person I worked with was always responsive to my emails; there were [also] pretty regular texts about new employment opportunities. I liked how many resumes BCG sent out for me. That was definitely a positive thing. I just gave BCG's information to a colleague of mine who is interested in changing firms. [BCG was] helpful and encouraging. [Working with you made my job easier because] you found me the opportunity that I eventually accepted. There are many considerations that come into play when an attorney decides to move to another geographic region. I got interviews with employers I wouldn't have otherwise considered or known about. I would recommend you guys.
