I made butterbeer from one of the recipes at mugglenet.com before the release of the 6th book, and that was extremely sweet too.

I tried these cupcakes using the original recipe, and I completely agreed with you that they were too dense. So I tried them again this weekend and used cake flour instead of regular flour and they came out perfect – light and fluffy!
