The film has a sharpness to it and very little grain. Took ages to find a decent copy of this film. I can no longer afford to live there so seeing it in movies is 2nd best.

Usually I expect to see Michael Keaton in a comedy in which he usually does GREAT!
Keaton was SUPERB in this film about an evil person hell-bent on destroying the lives of the two main characters!
Unfortunately, one of their tenants has plans of his own. July 23rd is playing host to an excellent variety of home media releases for films both new and old. A yuppie couple buy a large house in an exclusive San Fransisco neighborhood. Unfortunately I did not notice it was coming from Germany and I can't watch it because it is designed to only work in Europe. This movie makes you want to think before you become a landlord This is a very good movie about two peoples worst nightmare. Unfortunately, one of their tenants has plans of his own. The Audio is 5.1 and sounds great! The film still holds up well and looks so much better on Blu-Ray then then the DVD ever did! Makes you wonder who your neighbors are and whether or not being a property owner is worth it. Excellent delivery and the unit was in perfect condition. There is some specks hear and there, but nothing real distracting. However, the actual film location for Drake and Patty's house is in Potrero Hill in San Francisco, specifically at the corner of 19th and Texas Street. Its great to have it on DVD now. If you want a plot synopsis I'd go to IMDB or Wikipedia, I won't ruin it for you. The Audio is 5.1 and sounds great!
